Our Return Standard

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the recorded delivery date.

Returned merchandise must remain in resalable condition, with no visible signs of use, wear, washing, modification, or accidental damage. Original packaging, manuals, parts, and included accessories must also be returned.

  • Supporting photos or videos, when relevant

We will review the request and provide instructions if the item is eligible. Unauthorized returns may be refused or sent back to the customer.

Order Problems

If you receive a defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product, notify us promptly after delivery.

Please keep the item and all packaging until the request has been reviewed. Depending on the situation, we may arrange a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable remedy.

Minor differences in color caused by lighting, screen settings, or photography are not normally considered product defects.

Return Restrictions

Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable return service. We cannot guarantee receipt of packages returned without tracking.

Refund Processing

The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider. Shipping charges, customs fees, and return postage are normally not refundable unless the item was confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

Cancellations
